As a girl my dad would say to me that “I dream in color”. — and to me that was always such a bold and bizarre statement because I thought everyone did that. I like to think about this when I start to play with color and use my imagination. I created Peaceable Dream to explore the peaceful place within me that knows no bounds. This is what I think my dad meant by dreaming in color. Every single day I feel blessed to dedicate my time to creating with lots of gold, lots of color, and to making lots of messes. I wouldn’t want it any other way. I pray to continue to put my works up here to be little glimmers of color and light that represent wonder and love.
